This 8-week program will be delivered through a combination of online learning and live coaching sessions, making it accessible to busy managers from around the world. You will have the opportunity to practice your coaching skills with real clients, receive feedback and guidance from experienced coaches, and develop your coaching competencies. An optional 7-week mentor coaching bundle with seven hours of group mentoring plus three 1:1 hours of mentor coaching will be offered immediately after the teaching portion.
